2021, Emilien La Mollepierre Passito on MalvasiaEmilien is Chteau Le Puy's historic cuve, created from a family tradition of over 400 years. The wine ferments spontaneously in open concrete vats with submerged jacket and matures in large foudres and secondary oak barrels, in line with their biodynamic, low intervention philosophy.
