Highland Park, Cask Strength, Release No. 2 USA Something magical happens here andHighland Park Cask Strength Release No. 2 Single Orkney Malt Scotch Whiskey 70 cl 63. 3% Another fantastic Highland park Whiskey aged mainly in American oak sherry casks, and bottled at 63. 3%. It is composed of different casks with different ages, and no color has been added. It is sweet and slightly smoky on the nose with notes of caramel, honey, nutmeg and sun ripened citrus fruits, finally there are fine notes of creme brulee.
