Vietti Barolo Castiglione DOCG 2020 herbaceousness and fineBarolo 'Castiglione' is a classic Barolo. The grapes come from smaller crus scattered in the various municipalities in the Barolo area. The vines are between 10 and 45 years old. The grapes undergo a long fermentation in steel tanks with continuous pumping and stirring. The wine is then poured into oak barrels for the malolactic fermentation and matures for 30 months in both large barrels and small barriques. All crus are vinified individually and
