2005, Pecoranera Macon Village all very well balancedGuido's project is to only bottle single origin wine, hence the name "Pecoranera": "black sheep" in Italian. Don't be mistaken by the name, this blend is delicious. A pretty wild wine, with strong flavours of red ripe fruits. Pleasant acidity, light and pleasant tannins, beautiful roundness. Very nice to pair with red meats or heavy umami dishes.
