Cerbaiona Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2017 1,5L The aroma is rich withA very hot year in Montalcino. Several producers have harvested as early as the end of August, something we have not previously heard of. At Cerbaiona they harvested from 19 24. September. The harsh heat produced a naturally lower yield. Fermentation at 26 degrees in upright oak barrels (used for the first time for the 2016 vintage). At Cerbaiona, all the old casks have been replaced with new ones, and the 2017 must has been aged for 2 years at 17 hl.
