The wine is made using the traditional "ripasso" method, where a fresh Valpolicella is fermented a second time on the grape skins from the house's Amarone a technique that adds extra body, complexity and structure. The grapes primarily Corvina and Rondinella come from the chalky soil of the Valpantena Valley, northeast of Verona. The 2022 vintage offers a nice
