It comes complete with 800D Oxford material, which is quite reasonable in quality. The vest can be adjusted both at the sides and at the shoulders, so you can make it fit the way you want. Comes with molle on the front and back, and has 3 built in M4 pockets in the front. Velcro on the front for attaching patches or other items. The vest comes with 2 foam plates inside.
