2018, Roero Riserva Valmaggiore Arbois with fish or hard cheesesThis Nebbiolo comes from the new Roero DOCG, just on the other side of the river from Barolo. The wine is aged 30 months. The sandy and light soil of Roero gives lighter and fresher Nebbiolo's with a nice acidity.
