Mille Vite Piemonte Chardonnay – DOC 2023 sverige Harmonic Garnacha Rosé 2022Mille Vite Chardonnay is an inviting wine that has not been aged in oak barrels. The grapes are destemmed and crushed, after which they undergo a cool pre maceration for 2 hours. They are pressed with nitrogen and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 13 14 degrees for 3 weeks. The wine is then aged sur lie for 6 months before being bottled. Production is limited to only 2,400 bottles. The wine has a full bodied aroma with notes of exotic fruits such
