Château d'Armailhac 5emé Cru Classé, Pauillac, 2005, 75cl 6-set truffles and tapenade with aTasted single blind at Southwold. This has a gorgeous, ripe nose with blackberry, bilberry and a touch of plum. Good definition and nice lift. The palate is ripe, chewy tannins, nice depth, clean on the finish.
