Straw yellow; initial scent of fresh flowers, then ripe fruit, apple and apricot jam; on the palate vanilla, hazelnut and roasted aromas, very full bodied, harmonious and elegant. The perlage is very fine and even. A great sparkling wine in the style of a fine vintage champagne.
