Umbria IGT Topporosso Carne Ideal with red and meatTopporosso is a wine obtained from grapes that are strictly hand picked and pressed just a few hours after the harvest to preserve the integrity and health of the raw material. Lively ruby red in colour, with more or less accentuated purple reflections depending on the vintage. On the nose stand out notes of ripe red berried fruit (Cherry and Black Cherry), a delicate note of green pepper followed by herbaceous and vegetable hints (humus and
