A brooding and reticent nose only grudgingly displays notes of spice, menthol and liqueur like black cherry aromas. The broad shouldered flavors are big yet possess a notably more refined mouth feel while conceding nothing in terms of power and punch on the cool, pure and perfectly balanced finish that just seems to go on and on. This is not as big and robust as the Bonnes Mares but its finer and has that extra dimension of
