Victorian Tiger's Eye Intaglio Rose Gold Ring inv 3203 This ring has a sleekThis handsome tigers eye intaglio has a lovely burgundy color and silky look, and is set into a simple and classic 14k rose gold Victorian mounting. The Tigers Eye is carved with the image of a Roman soldier in profile, a classic image for this sort of ring. When carving is done inwards, such as this, it's called "intaglio" as opposed to "cameo". The methods and materials are similar, however, intaglios can be used to make a raised impression in wax
